Privacy and governance
How we handle your data
Afinico Neura is not a surveillance or performance-management tool, and it is built so that it cannot be used as one.
Anonymity is enforced in the platform
Anonymity thresholds are enforced in the software itself, not by policy alone. If a group is too small to report on without exposing an individual, it is not reported. That applies equally to what a person can see on a screen and to what an automated system can retrieve through the API.
Delivery team · 14 people
REPORTED AS A GROUP
No individual is named, scored or ranked.
Bid cell · 3 people
NOT REPORTED
Below the minimum group size, so no result is returned at all.
What it measures
Afinico Neura analyzes communications and operational data inside your environment to measure how teams, clients, suppliers and partners are working together. It measures groups and relationships: team to client, team to team, organization to organization.
What it does not do
It does not score, rank or report on individuals. There is no per-person view, no leaderboard and no individual record to export, for a manager or for an agent.
Where the analysis runs
Analysis runs against your own data, inside your own environment, under your own governance. The model we build on it is yours.
What the system learns
Every correction your people make and every exception they handle teaches the system something about how your organization works. That learning is an asset, and it is yours. Each deployment runs in its own environment and learns only from its own organization. Nothing it learns is pooled into a shared model, and when your contract ends it goes with you.
See it on your own data
Start with one client relationship, business or program. The same platform, a narrow scope, so you can see what Afinico Neura delivers before you widen it.
