A few years ago I set out on a mission to develop a solution for a problem I experienced as CEO and transformation leader. It is difficult to intelligently see human sentiment, behavior and relationships in real-time through business change, between customers and teams or between different company cultures; for delivering change, improving customer and workforce experiences and performance of businesses.

Afinico is an AI Analytics and Advisory Services Company helping other companies enhance decision intelligence to accelerate sustainable change with human understanding. We combine our innovative decision intelligence solution with business advisory services, behavioural science and neuroscience research from leading international academic institutions to achieve our vision.

About

My professional experience includes leading corporate innovation and 10x growth of a global business and technology services organisation, also leading the turnaround of various other large software and services companies in the UK and New Zealand, always delivering business model innovation with profitability and growth. I have worked with countless other businesses, governments and technology ventures, around the world, to help bold leaders lead turnaround and transformation of these enterprise organizations. 

I have completed studies with MIT Sloan, Harvard Business School and Henley Business School, with qualifications in Business and Leadership, Neuroscience for Business,  Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Engineering, Education and Behavioural Sciences.

The problem we are addressing

In today’s dynamically changing world, influenced by human thinking, behavior and interactions, real-time understanding of human thinking and behavior is critical for companies to make informed decisions, dynamically take the necessary actions and do so with confidence.

Traditional consulting, assessments and survey solutions like NPS, eNPS, customer and employee experience questionnaire's deliver reactive insight that is based on biased self assessment and not real-time human behavior, which impacts decisions and performance.

Companies also still rely heavily on quantitative decision intelligence solutions that analyze structured data and don’t consider the dynamic nature of change, which is influenced by human resistance, sentiment, emotion, behavior, interaction and relationships across business siloes.
